  1. Stonebridge, Brian R.; The Animation of Geometric Proofs: Computer graphics techniques can be used to show dynamic animations of geometrical proof. In static displays, for instance on paper, blends can give a similar impression. We present a novel proof of Pythagoras' Theorem. It relies upon scaling the right-angled triangle by multiplying it by a, b, and c and rotating the first two of the resulting triangles through the adjacent angles to lie along the hypotenuse of the third. This is demonstrated using blends for the transformations. ------------------------------------------------------------ This report has been accepted for publication in "Mathematical Spectrum".
