Decoration:

A woman seated and reading, with attendants. The reader, sitting in a chair to right, bends forward over a scroll. Writing on the scroll is indicated by rows of dots. She wears a sleeved chiton and himation. On either side of the reader, two women stand facing her: the right-hand woman holds a wicker box, the left-hand woman holds an object like a large plectrum or purse. These women wear Doric chitons; the left-hand woman has a purple fillet around her hair. To the right, a fourth woman faces the other three, holding a flower and wearing a sleeved chiton. In the field, an embroidered cap with strings.
