Perseus Font Options:

• Latin transliteration
  For users without a Greek font: rewrites Greek letters with Roman characters. No accents are preserved. You may read more about the transliteration scheme.

• Beta code
  For users without a Greek font: translates Greek letters and accents into Roman characters. Read more.

• SMK GreekKeys for Mac and Windows
  SMK GreekKeys is used with the following fonts: Athenian, Attika, Kadmos, and Sparta. We have directions for downloading and installing an SMK font.

• Sgreek for Windows
  ``Sgreek'' and ``Sgreek fixed'' are free Greek fonts for Microsoft Windows®. We have directions for downloading and installing the fonts.

• Ismini
  Ismini is a free Greek font and currently the only polytonic Greek font for X windows. The X version can be downloaded from our ftp site.

• Greek (old style)
  This is the old Perseus Greek scheme using <tt> tags with the SMK coding for Macs and Sgreek for Windows. If you have a Greek font, but a version of Netscape less than 3.0, use this option.
